Kristina is a VP on the Investor Relations team at Atomico, working to oversee fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors globally.
My role at Atomico is simple - I work to build strong and long-lasting partnerships with high quality institutional investors, and to drive successful fundraising for Atomico to build AUM which can flow back to invest in mission-driven founders. Well, it’s simple on paper, at least.
I start all my relationships by listening.
Whether personal or professional, there is no interaction or relationship which won’t improve if built on a foundation of mutual understanding - which means listening. You learn more from listening than talking.
My role is built on teamwork.
Working in Investor Relations, you need to be plugged into every team within a business, and work together to make information between investors and different teams flow seamlessly. My ability to collaborate with people in companies of all different shapes and sizes is what helps me do my job.
European Tech is incredibly exciting,and it’s a privilege to be able to support the European ecosystem; investing in mission-driven companies is particularly important for me as it strongly aligns with my own values.
I’ve spent a lot of time raising funds.
Before joining Atomico, I spent over 3 years at Campbell Lutyens, focused on raising credit and infrastructure funds and advising third party funds on raising capital.
I’m looking to add another language to my portfolio.
